What I do
Design strategy
I work with clients and their stakeholders to define the vision, principles and proposition that will deliver the right solutions to meet their business and customer objectives. I also help them plan the delivery of these products and services across multiple channels.
Design research
I can help you plan and conduct a balanced mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods to ensure that we can achieve a truly human-centred design. This includes ensuring that continuous discovery is achieved in Agile development environments.
User-centred design
I take a collaborative approach with clients and teams to ensure that we solve problems together. By using the insight and analysis from our research, I help companies design solutions that remain focussed on the people we're designing for.
